Motors have a cast iron endbell
Most "C" face motors manufactured today use die cast aluminum that
is not conducive to use with centrifugal or regenerative turbine
pumps. This relatively soft metal can easily be distorted
either during assembly, transit or installation thus causing
premature failure or rubbing of pump components. Sometimes
threads are stripped as well. The SXFUHUA end bells
are specifically designed to circumvent this problem by using a
cast iron material that does not distort when mounting bolts
are torqued to appropriate tension.
Customers report that they run cooler and
quieter than comparable US manufactured motors.
Large cooling vents are incorporated into this end bell both
to minimize fan noise and to provide extra cooling flow to compensate
for installation into tight enclosures or cabinetry sometimes
found in OEM applications.

These motors are shorter than US manufactured
motors.
These motors are designed for use in tight places. They
are shorter than comparable motors manufactured for pumping applications. They
are unique in small size and compactness.

Motors are currently available in single phase 1/3,1/2,3/4, and
1 Hp, rated 60/50 hertz, 3450 RPM, 115/208-230 Volts.
Reversible.
Motors are reversible by changing 2 wires.
Conduit connection
This new pump motor design requires no external conduit box
to use up valuable cabinet space. Connections are
made inside the end bell opposite the pump where the starting capacitor
is also located for best use of space. A Conduit connection is
strategically located to allow "hard" or "soft" connections depending
on customer requirements.
Shaft Carbon steel/316 stainless steel friction welded.
FINALLY, a pump motor becomes available that standardizes
on 316 SS shaft material for the ultimate in usability. Most
small pump motors use low cost 303, 304, 416 or other lower grade
materials which limit the variety of fluids that can be pumped. The
SXFUHUA pump motors are unique in offering this highly corrosion resistant
shaft material as standard. This is new in the motor and pump
industries.
Perpendicularity and concentricity are 100%
checked and are
guaranteed to be half NEMA 0.002 (NEMA standard is 0.004)
FINALLY, a pump motor becomes available that standardizes

Motors are 100% dynamometer tested.
In order to insure that the quality designed into these motors
is actually delivered, all SXFUHUA motors are 100% dynamometer
tested. Face and shaft runout is also checked to insure
that they do not exceed 1/2 (.002 TIR) of the NEMA allowance. This
is truly unique in the pump motor manufacturing industry.
All dimensions are 100% inspected by the motor shop and SXFUHUA before
shipment.
Motors have CE, UL/ULC (Canada) and CSA cert
